My name is Ariel Rivera, I’m 31 years old, and I’m excited to share a little about my professional career.

For the last 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a dynamic and challenging environment in the BPO industry. For 3 of those years, I served as an Account Executive, where I focused on ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing support via email, chat, and phone.

I then transitioned into a Team Leader role at Flatworld Solutions, where I spent another 3 years developing strategies to meet key objectives, training new hires, and consistently supporting team members. I was also responsible for preparing performance reports and creating training materials to enhance our team's effectiveness.

Following that, I took on a Data Analyst position for one year, collaborating directly with clients to drive innovation and streamline organizational processes—one of which included developing an artificial intelligence bot. I also managed online articles, updated macros and critical data regularly, and analyzed data on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. These insights were presented to the CEO and leadership teams to identify growth opportunities.

About a year ago, I pivoted my career and became a Virtual Assistant, which led me to discover a passion for Social Media Management. In this role, I’ve handled a wide variety of responsibilities including:

• Creating and scheduling social media content to increase brand visibility and engagement

• Running targeted ad campaigns to generate leads and grow online presence

• Designing simple, functional web pages and landing pages

• Producing visual materials such as logos, flyers, banners, and other branding assets

This transition has allowed me to merge creativity with strategy—skills I’ve gained throughout my career—and apply them in a fast-paced digital environment.
